THE CHALLENGE
The customer’s product is a very beautiful metal tube product with a golden appearance, which is the customer’s new product. He wanted us we could design for him a very strong luxury packaging that would protect the metal product.
But he could only provide us with the size and photos of the products at that time.
Method and process
Since the customer’s product is a tubular metal product, our first thought is to design a tube box for the customer to better package the metal tube. After obtaining the customer’s consent, we firstly provide the best quotation for the tube box packaging according to the dimensions of the product provided by the customer.
In order to make the packaging of the tube box match the size of the metal tube better, we ask the customer to send us a metal tube product, and then we make a sample of the tube box which matches the product very well according to the actual size of the metal tube. And the appearance color of the box is also designed to be the same golden color as the metal tube with the customer’s logo, they look so matching and beautiful.
THE RESULTS
Based on the tube box sample confirmed by our customer, we started to mass produce the tube box packaging, from ordering the environmentally friendly recyclable material, printing, to finishing all the goods, it only took us less than 15 days.
Everything was perfect. The tube box packaging not only protects the metal tubes better, but also matches the design, and more importantly, offers customized branding.
